Well we're ALMOST there! My house should be done by April tenth... which means I MIGHT be in a new house by Easter-- which would be the best Easter gift of all! All that's left is putting in carpet, finish concrete, and all of the hardware. It feels SO good to almost be there. And with the new grant the governor signed, I should have even more money to put as a downpayment, or even buy down my rate! I also will qualify for the $8,000 first time home buyers tax credit, and have my new washer and dryer all ready to be delivered to my house when I move in! I still will need to get a lot of things for the house, especially the kitchen. And I'll have to get used to cleaning THREE bathrooms instead of one-- but I can tell you all that it will be so worth it to have my OWN space, my own kitchen, my own garage, my own nice bubble bath tub! And I can paint it, or put shelves up, and gosh dangit do whatever I want, because it will be mine!!!! Bella will get a good deal outta this too, because I'm having the back porch fenced in so that she'll have her very own outside space (we'll see how the neighbors like it!). If anyone might be able to help with the move, I would appreciate any sort of help! Tim has a truck, but it's a short bed and I'll have some stuff that will require a long bed :S Hopefully mom and dad will be able to help with some of it! But if anyone is available, I would love you FOREVER!

My company is in need of a new IT person. If there is anyone who knows someone that may be interested in the position, please let me know! We're located up in Layton and just aren't happy with who we have now.
Thanks!
