A house?!

So for any of you who haven't heard, I'm in the process of buying a new house! I just am getting sick of paying someone else's mortgage, the market is right, and heck- I want my own space! I have found some DARLING brand new townhouses up in West Haven. I'm pre-qualified, and am working out the sales price as we speak. I put an offer in on Friday that was counter-offered, and so we've put another one of which I should hear back today if they accept or counter again. The houses are about 60 days out, and I'll be able to pick practically EVERYTHING. Tile, paint, up-grades, countertops, counters, etc. I'm very very excited, and will post more when I have some updates! Here is a link to check them out!
