I have a price!!!

Last night around eight, I got the call from my realtor that we had ANOTHER counter offer. However, this counter-offer is one that I could definatelly live with. Seller agreed to pay all closing costs, and include $2,250 worth of upgrades! The townhouses were listed at $129,900- we got the selling price to $132,900. not too shabby! The seller's realtor said that was the lowest he'd seen the builder go! So now it all starts to unfold, I have MOUNDS of paper work ahead of me, 55ish days of waiting, colors to choose, and then the fun of moving in!
